July 2011 Visa Bulletin Predictions and Release Date

Based on comments in June Visa Bulletin, the dates may retrogress for EB2-I & C if the demand of EB2 ROW increases. The amount of spillover cannot be calculated at this point. Other factor for spillover decrease are:

1. Porters from EB3 to EB2
2. Counceller processing
3. People who did not file in July 2007
4. Increase in EB2 filing because of high rejections in EB1.
5. Mysterious unknown factors.
6. Improving econmoy specifically in IT field causing more EB2 filings in 2010 & 2011.

EB3 – NO chance in our lifetime to progress.

lets hope for july all categories will have movement.
