Playbook BlackBerry: RIM Finally Released a Tablet Device
Mike Lazaridis, CEO of Research In Motion introduced the BlackBerry Playbook at the BlackBerry Developer Conference Son eptember 27, 2010.
The tablet will use the operating system Blackberry Tablet OS already supports OpenGL and POSIX, as well as full support HTML5 for browsing convenience. Lazaridis also confirmed that the BlackBerry Playbook also supports Adobe Flash and Adobe AIR applications.
BlackBerry Playbook use the Cortex A9 processor-based dual-core 1GHz CPU with multi-touch capacitive screen by 7 inch (1024 x 600 pixels), 1GB RAM, dual cameras (front 3MP and 5MP in the rear) with support for video conferencing.
